Why does netflix keep redirecting me to the system requirements page when I meet them all?

I got netflix a couple days ago, and when watching movies instantly it
either works or redirects me. I know I meet all of the requirements.
I've been using Chrome, but I've also tried the latest version of IE.
I've tried windows xp, and windows 7 as well.

I do meet them. I've checked my system for what is required. And
I've been able to watch movies before.
