What is that movie where they rob a bank using nearby places?

All I remember is that they have people scouting outside with radios,
they use places next to/nearby the bank, and maybe they use the sewer.
I believe it was rated M. I think the vault had a timer too.
It was made after or on the year 2000. Whatever rating you have to be
18+
